PRESSURE RELEASE PIN FOR VALVE P81

This function enables a pressure cut-out system (throwing the lever to the neutral position). When the spindle is manually moved into the pressure cut-out system, the oil is diverted to the "B" working port (away from the crank). When the pressure in port “B” exceeds the set value, the pressure cut-out pin releases the control lever to the neutral position.

The factory setting is 70 bar.

The pressure cut-out pin is adjustable by unscrewing the nut (4), turning the adjustment screw (5) clockwise, the pressure on the pressure cut-out pin will increase and the opposite direction will decrease the pressure. WARNING: If the pressure cut-out pin is set to too high a pressure, the handle will not cut out to the neutral position, or if set to too low a pressure, the pressure cut-out pin will not hold the handle in the ready-to-cut-off position.
